MR11 and MR16 Coated Halogen Reflector Lamps

The backs of these mr-16 low voltage halogen light bulbs bulbs are coated in either silver or black. The coating does not let any light out of the back of the bulb eliminating halos and directing more light where you want it. The coating also directs the heat out the front of the bulb. Most people use these in track lighting applications when light that leaks out the back of the bulb causes unwanted halos behind the fixture. These are high quality halogen bulbs suitable for use anywhere an MR-16 low voltage halogen bulb is used.
